This Program Is For You If You:

The Concept Behind This Program:

While building muscle mass, each body is in need of a unique amount of protein and carbohydrates , eaten at certain times, to grow muscles efficiently .Whether your goal is to only build muscle mass , or lose fat as well ,a personalized diet for your body is the only way to do it.

*Note: Book an intitial consultation if it is your first time meeting Leen, or if 6 months or more have elapsed since your last meeting with Leen! 

How it works:

Step 1: Register for an in-person appointment with Leen at our Houston Clinic Location. 

Step 2: A 45 min-to- 1 hour initial consultation  will take place in clinic, during which:

First: Leen will thoroughly go over your past medical history, weight loss history, muscle building history, current exercise regimen, and current food intake. 

Second: Together, you and Leen will decide on an exercise regiment that you feel comfortable with to reach your goals. 

Third: Leen will have you step on the INBODY Body Composition Analyzer. She will then explain what is happening inside your body, and show you:

-your current fat (per lb), and what areas of your body hold the most fat 

- Visceral fat : she will measure the unhealthy fat in your stomach that increases heart disease, and will  track it with time to make sure it becomes normal. 

-current muscle (per lb) , and what muscles you need to strengthen (targeted, personalized advice) 

-current water (are you retaining water?- advice if you are) 

set overall goals based on your body composition (how much muscle to gain, how much fat to lose if desired...) 

Fourth: An extensive nutrition education session will be given. Leen will teach you the basics of healthy eating using practical tips: how to identify healthy bread, what bread to buy at the supermarket.. what cheese to eat...how to identify "healthier" protein options (ex. is shrimp healthy? is sausage healthy?)...what to eat when at a restaurant.. etc. She will also go over how you should eat to grow muscle mass, and how to distribute your food properly. 

Fifth: Leen will explain what type of diet you should expect to receive, and will answer any questions you have. 

Step 3: You will receive the personalized meal plan discussed in clinic via email, adapted to fit YOUR lifestyle, YOUR likes and YOUR body/metabolism. Leen will also give you recommendations of great products that can make your grocery experience a lot easier. She will be very specific, you just need to pick them up!  

Step 4: Leen will be available for any questions via email. She will follow up with you via email one week after your visit. Email replies to questions will be sent out on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. A maximum of 4 questions will be answered via email. 

 Step 5: A follow up in-person visit will take place 3 weeks after the initial consultation, at the time you have scheduled (check the follow up package to book a time). During the follow up: 

First: Leen will go over your intake for the past 2 weeks. She will correct any misunderstandings, and listen to your feedback. 

Second: You will get on the INBODY body composition analyzer again, and discuss changes: How much muscle have you gained? Where did you gain muscle mass from? How should you change your exercise to gain muscle mass from the area you want?Did you gain/lose fat? 

Third: Motivation is given, when needed 

Fourth: The meal plan will be altered based on your preferences, body muscle and fat changes... if needed. 

Step 6: A mildly altered meal plan will be emailed to you, if needed.
